Siyu Zhao

Graduate Student

Siyu Zhao is from the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of China. She graduated from South-Central Minzu University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Engineering degree and received a Master of Science degree from University of Malaya in 2025. Since October 2025, she has been a member of the Tang Lab, working on DNA damage and repair. Outside of research, she enjoys scuba diving and traveling, and she nurtures her curiosity about the world and science through a spirit of exploration.
