I am a Master’s graduate in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University. Currently, I conduct research at the University of Florida, where I develop machine learning models and data analyzing pipelines for long-read sequencing, focusing on DNA/RNA damage detection using Nanopore and PacBio technologies. My current research combines deep learning, signal processing, and genomics to improve base modification identification. I also participated in ACS Fall 2026, where I engaged with researchers in toxicity chemistry and explored emerging research on chemical-induced DNA/RNA damage, molecular mechanisms of toxicity, and related analytical approaches. Previously, I worked on wireless networking, FPGA acceleration, and mobile systems research, resulting in a publication at PAM 2025. I am passionate about applying AI to solve challenging problems in bioinformatics and analytical chemistry research.
